By booking a session, submitting your information, or using this website, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Jessie Sweeney offers holistic wellness sessions including massage therapy, energy healing, and coaching.

All treatments are professional, respectful, and strictly non-sexual. These services are complementary and not a substitute for medical care.

2 . Booking & Payment

Sessions are by appointment only, booked via the website or direct contact.

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm all bookings.

• Payment is due upon booking or as arranged.

• Pricing is listed with each service.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

48 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in the 50% deposit being retained

• Cancellations, no-shows, or changes made within 24 hours of the appointment will forfeit the full session fee

• Emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

• Repeated short-notice changes may impact future bookings.

•Event/workshop bookings may have separate policies communicated upon registration.

4. Health & Safety

Please disclose any medical conditions, injuries, sensitivities, or allergies prior to your session.

Jessie reserves the right to cancel or refuse a session if:

•You’re under the influence of drugs or alcohol

• Inappropriate behaviour occurs

• There are health risks making treatment unsafe

5. Privacy

All personal information shared via bookings or forms is kept confidential in line with the Privacy Policy. Your data is never sold or shared without consent.

6. Copyright & Content

All content on this site — including text, images, and offerings — is the property of Jessie Sweeney unless credited otherwise. Use without written permission is not permitted.

7. Disclaimer & Liability

While all services are offered with care and professionalism, Jessie Sweeney is not liable for outcomes arising from withheld health information or misuse of advice. Please take personal responsibility for your wellbeing.
